This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited on the Kinetic Cloud Services. It is part of, and incorporated into, ourTerms of Service. We may update it as needed to protect our customers, our infrastructure, and third parties.
1. Prohibited content
You may not use the Services to host, store, or transmit content that:
- Is illegal, or promotes illegal activity, under applicable law;
- Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening;
- Contains child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery (zero tolerance);
- Distributes malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
2. Prohibited activities
- Spam & unsolicited messaging — sending bulk or unsolicited email, or operating mailing lists without verifiable consent;
- Phishing & fraud — deceptive activity intended to steal credentials, money, or identity;
- Security abuse — unauthorized access, port scanning, penetration testing of third parties, or evading account limits;
- Network abuse — denial-of-service attacks, botnet control, or activity that disrupts our network or others;
- Resource abuse — using shared resources in a way that degrades service for other customers, including cryptocurrency mining, or sustained load beyond your plan’s fair-use limits.
3. Fair use of shared resources
Shared and managed plans operate on shared infrastructure. We reserve the right to take action — including throttling, requiring an upgrade, or suspension — where a site’s resource consumption materially affects the stability or performance of the platform for others.
4. Consequences of violations
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts. Where practical we will give notice, but we may act immediately where a violation poses a risk to security, legal compliance, or other customers.
5. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this policy, contacthelp@gaviso.agency with details and any supporting evidence. We take reports seriously and will respond appropriately.
